Your account and password
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and maybe purchased by other customers.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order but rather a confirmation that we have received it. If we are unable to supply you with a product because, for example, it is no longer in stock or otherwise available, if we cannot meet your requested delivery date, or there has been an error of the price detailed our site, we will inform you of this by email and not process your order for that product.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Jennifer Anne will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The contract of sale is concluded in London, United Kingdom and the language of the contract is English.
We reserve the right not to accept your order at our discretion. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
All Products are subject to availability. The images of the products of our sites are for illustration only. While we have made every effort to display colours accurately in these images, the products may vary slightly from those images.
We reserve the right to change the prices on products displayed on the website at any time and without notice to you. The price payable for a product on our website will be the price shown at the time you placed your order except where the price displayed was obviously and unmistakably incorrect.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging details of your order (confirmation email). If we are unable to supply you with a product because, for example, it is no longer in stock or otherwise available, if we cannot meet your requested delivery date, or there has been an error in the price detailed on our site, we will inform you of this by email and not process your order for that product.
We accept payment through Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards or PayPal. The charges for the products to be purchased are set out in the confirmation email. Payment for the products and any applicable delivery charges are to be made in advance. Your card or PayPal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulful your order, a full refund will be given. All payments are taken in pounds sterling (£)
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We require a signature for any goods delivered. You will be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to your specified delivery address. Until that time we retain title to the goods. Please take care to ensure that the delivery address details are correct as we will not be responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified on the order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days where the item is in stock. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused to overseas deliveries by any customs clearance administration.

Returns and Exchanges
Any item purchased must be returned within 14 days at your own expense. In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original labelling, packaging and tag attached. The item(s) should be folded carefully inside the original tissue paper and packaging and you should include a completed returns information form. Any item that is returned damaged and/or not in compliance with these provisions will not entitle you to refund. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending. We will send you an email to confirm receipt once we have received the returned goods at our company address. Items returned to us are sent at your own cost and risk. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit.
If you are based within the EU you have the right to cancel your whole order with us under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2013 provided that you give us notice in writing within 14 days from the day the goods are received by you. Notice of cancellation can be given by email to email@example.com. You will receive a full refund including the Standard delivery cost (if any). Where a payment has been made for an upgraded delivery, you will only be refunded the cost of the Standard delivery (if paid by you). There is no obligation for us to refund any of the delivery charge unless you return the entire order. This right of cancellation does not apply to anyone outside the EU. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original labelling, packaging and tag attached. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage to them incurred before we take delivery of them. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending.
We will exchange any item within 14 days of despatch that is damaged or faulty and will cover the cost of delivery and return. Any refund will be made by re-crediting the agreed amount within 30 days to the same credit or debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase. All refunds are made in sterling.

We currently offer e-gift card vouchers, these are sent electronically. Please note that Gift Card codes will expire 12 months after purchase. We send gift cards out by email. These cards are valid for 12 months from their issue and will be sent to the purchaser only after we have confirmed the order. We are sorry but it is not possible to return gift cards for a refund and the voucher code cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
If the gift card is used to purchase item(s) that cost less than the amount available on the gift card, the balance of funds will remain available on the gift card code to use on a subsequent purchase. If the gift card is used to purchase item(s) that cost more than the amount available on the gift card, the balance outstanding must be paid for in the normal way by card, Apple Pay or PayPal in order to complete the order. In addition any items bought using a gift card can be exchanged or returned but not refunded, and only additional monies paid over and above the gift card amount will be refunded and a new gift card code will be issued.
Taxes and Duties
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of UK VAT (currently at the rate of 20%). This means that the total price you pay us for products will always be the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale and regardless of whether you reside outside the EU or in the EU.
Please note we cannot refund any VAT charges. Recipients of any items shipped to a country outside the EU will be responsible for any additional charges for custom clearance and any import duties and taxes. We suggest you contact your local customs authority prior to making your order to ascertain what these charges will be.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. Limitation of our liability
If you have a valid claim arising from a defect in the quality or condition of goods purchased from us, we shall exchange such item and will cover the cost of delivery and return. In the event that there is no stock availability we will refund you the purchase price after return of the defective item to us.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms that may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.
We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
- use of, or inability to use, our site; or
- use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
