Returns & Exchanges

UK Returns Policy

Delivery is free in the UK and returns are normally made at your own expense. As a special welcome to our new customers in the UK who have signed up to our mailing list, we are delighted to offer one free return. Simply email us at info@jennifer-anne.co.uk if you would like to make your first return.

We very much hope, of course, that you are delighted with your purchase but in the event that you do wish to return a purchase then the following applies

  • Any item purchased must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order.
  • Items are to be returned at your own expense and risk to Dayson Enterprises Limited, Thornton House, Thornton Road, London SW19 4NG.
  • We advise you to send the items by registered post or courier and to keep your proof of postage, as we will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the returned goods.
  • We examine returned goods to check that our Returns Policy has been complied with.
  • In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original labelling, packaging and tag attached together with a completed Returns Information Form. You will find a blank Returns Information Form included with your delivery. If you need a replacement form, simply email info@jennifer-anne.co.uk and we will email you another one to print out. Any item that is return damaged or which appears to have been used will be returned to you and will not entitle you to a refund.
  • Any refund will be made by re-crediting the agreed amount within 30 days to the same credit or debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.
  • All refunds will be made in sterling.
  • These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

UK Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for a different size and/or colour then please email us at info@jennifer-anne.co.uk to inform us. We can then confirm if we have the item in stock in the colour and size you have requested. You should then return the original item to us at your own expense in accordance with the Returns Policy set out above. Once this has been done we will then send to you the replacement item by standard delivery.

International Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for a different size and/or colour then please email us at info@jennifer-anne.co.uk to inform us. We can then confirm if we have the item in stock in the colour and size you have requested. You should then return the original item to us in accordance with the Returns Policy set out above. We will also require payment for the additional delivery. Once this has been done we will then send to you the replacement item.

Please note, that as with the original purchase, recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any charges for custom clearance and import duties and taxes for the replacement item. We suggest you contact your local customs authority prior to requesting an exchange in order to ascertain what these charges will be.

Cancellations

If you are based within the EU you have the right to cancel your whole order with us under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations 2013 provided that you give us notice in writing within 14 days from the day the goods are received by you. Notice of cancellation can be given by email to info@jennifer-anne.co.uk.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all original labelling, packaging and tag attached. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for any damage to them incurred before we take delivery of them. In case of dispute, we recommend you retain proof of sending. Subject to compliance with the above, you will receive a full refund in sterling including the Standard delivery cost (if any). Where a payment has been made for an upgraded delivery, you will only be refunded the cost of the Standard delivery (if paid by you). There is no obligation for us to refund any of the delivery charge unless you return the entire order. This right of cancellation does not apply to anyone outside the EU.

Faulty Goods

If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged then please email us within 14 days of receipt at info@jennifer-anne.co.uk with the details of this. Any goods returned to us by reason of being damaged or faulty will be subject to an examination. If we find that the goods are faulty or damaged we will exchange such item and will cover the cost of delivery and return. In the event that there is no stock availability we will refund you the purchase price. Any refund will be made by re-crediting the agreed amount within 30 days to the same credit or debit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.  All refunds are made in sterling.

Late Returns

If any goods are returned to us later than 2 weeks after receipt then we are entitled not to accept them and return them to you.
